Yeseterday, Big Time Rush stars Carlos Pena, Logan Henderson, James Maslow, and Kendall Schmidt met up with Kiss 103.7 at the Tennessee Aquarium in Chattanooga, Tennessee, for a live chat. During the chat, the boys answered fan questions, got to hang out with some cool animals, and talked about what countries they hope to visit next year.

Tomorrow, December 17, from 10 a.m. to 11:30, “Supah Ninjas” starRyan Potter is holding his first annual “Toy Box of Hope” toy drive at the Chik Fil-A Northridge in Northridge, California. Guests are asked to bring new unwrapped toys valued over $10.
Tons of Nickelodeon, Disney, and “So You Think You Can Dance” stars will be attending the fun event, including “Victorious” star Leon Thomas, “Big Time Rush” star Stephen Glickman, “Supah Ninjas” starCarlos Knight, “Bucket & Skinner’s Epic Adventures” stars Taylor Gray and Dillon Lane, “The Secret Life of the American Teenager” star Jared Kusnitz, and “So You Think You Can Dance” finalists Tadd Gadduang and K. Alex Wong. Rumor has it George Takei, Hologramps on “Supah Ninjas” might even make a special appearance!

Would a collaboration between Big Time Rush and Justin Bieber create the greatest pop song ever? In a recent interview with MTV, BTR stars Logan Henderson, Carlos Pena, Kendall Schmidt, and James Maslow discussed their recent projects and who they would want to work with in the future. And who is top on their list? None other than Justin Bieber.
Big Time Rush is Headed to Boot Camp?!
Kendall Schmidt, Logan Henderson, Carlos Pena, and James Maslow are well trained soldiers when it comes to putting on show stopping performances. But then why are the boys headed to boot camp? Check out what Carlos spilled when we chatted with him about their upcoming tour around the new album, ‘Elevate’.
When we asked Carlos what he was excited for most about the album, he said, “I’m most excited to add a lot of production to our song. And we’re gonna come back from Christmas all refreshed and go into like a month of like a tour boot camp, and just get it all tight. And we’re gonna go out on the road. So, it’s gonna be awesome.”
But what will the boys be doing at this demanding tour boot camp? Carlos explained, “It’s basically just gonna be a lot of getting vocals down, meeting with some new choreographers and getting some awesome dance moves. And basically, coming up with ideas and stuff to make the show better.”
Well, while the boys are practicing their “left, left, left, right, left, rights” we’ll be gearing up for another round of rockin’ tour dates. To all our fellow rushers out there, well, you know the drill.

BIG TIME RUSH Singing US National Anthem At Thanksgiving Cowboys Dolphins Game.
Yesterday, Logan Henderson, Kendall Schmidt, Carlos Pena, and James Maslow of Big Time Rush visited Logan’s hometown of Dallas, Texas, and got the chance to perform the National Anthem before the start of the Cowboys/Dolphins football game. Afterwards, Logan tweeted :

With the album dropping November 21, 2011, James Maslow and Carlos Pena, Jr. of Big Time Rush spoke to ARTISTdirect.com editor and Dolor author Rick Florino about Elevate, the story behind “Music Sounds Better Than U,” Mission Impossible and so much more.
Did you approach Elevate an overarching vision?
James Maslow: The only unified vision is we no longer had to write songs for the TV show. So, the boys and I had the past year to go out and really put our own feeling and vibe into each song. We probably wrote 40 or 50 songs and narrowed it down to these 12—eight of which are our songs. It really came together. Making it flow came with the process of whittling those 50 down to 12 that worked with each other. All of them were really created individually though.

What’s “Big Time Movie” About? – Big Time Rush Filming New Movie
Big Time Rush stars Kendall Schmidt, James Maslow, Logan Henderson, and Carlos Pena have been in Canada for the past month filming their new movie “Big Time Movie.” While the boys have kept information on the film secret, Michael D. Reid of the Victoria Times Columnist revealed some interesting facts in a recent article.
Directed by Savage Holland (Big Time Rush, Jonas, A Fairly Odd Movie: Grow up, Timmy Turner), many are comparing “Big Time Movie” to “A Hard Day’s Night” – The Beatles’ film following John, Paul, George, and Ringo on their adventure to play a show in London and the strange encounters they have on the way.
So, where does “Big Time Movie” take place if filmed in Vancouver and Victoria, BC Canada? On the set are a truck with “BTR All Over the World Tour” designed on its side, black London cabs, red double-deckers, Underground signs, phone booths… and the cars are driving on the wrong side of the road. That’s right. In this movie, the boys are making their way to London!
While in Victoria, the cast and crew were spotted at the Fairmont Empress, which is made up as the Queen’s Hotel where a grand tea party is held, and in Chinatown. There, the boys are chased by the villain (played by John de Santis) and his henchmen through the narrow alleyways and streets filled with markets and rickshaws.
According to reports, the boys have been friendly to all of their fans in Canada and always look like they’re having a great time filming. Do you live in Vancouver or Victoria? Have you seen any of the filming?

Big Time Rush Premiere New Single “Music Sounds Better With You”
The guys from Big Time Rush have a new album on the way and in order to please the young and restless fans, they finally premiered a new single off their upcoming “Elevate”. The highly anticipated single is titled “Music Sounds Better With You”
Kendall Schmidt, one of the members of the band was nice enough to give us the backstory to their new single, and we have to admit, we didn’t see this one coming. The song is actually a Daft Punk sample, a track which the guys wrote back in 1998 under the original name: “Music Sounds Better”. BTR made the song their own and rewrote some of the lyrics with the aid of One Republic’s lead singer, Ryan Tedder.Today was quite a big day for the band, October 21st 2011 marked the unveiling of both the official artwork for their newest album and also, Kendall premiered “Music Sounds Better With You” live on the “On Air with Ryan Seacrest” radio show. Schmidt did sort of a live transmission from the shooting set of their new movie, “Big Time Rush: The Movie”.
When asked how he and the rest of the band members felt about their new single, Kendall declared that “We are really excited about it. So we are extremely stoked for you guys to hear it.”
I don’t know about you, but I’m really excited about this new single, for those of you who are just caught up in the anticipation of Big Time Rush’s new album, “Elevate”, you should know that the album will be available for preorder on iTunes, beginning with November 1st, and just a few days after, we’ll enjoy the album’s official release on November 21st, 2011.
